Hi, I’m Dr. Amelia Kelley.
My work is grounded in the belief that healing doesn’t come from changing who you are—it comes from understanding and reclaiming every part of yourself. As an experienced
Integrative Therapist & Neurodiversity Advocate, I help people navigate trauma, unmask neurodivergent traits, heal from toxic relationships, and reconnect with their most aligned, empowered selves.
Whether you’re an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person), living with ADHD, recovering from gaslighting, or just feeling lost in the fog of burnout—this work is for you.
I combine evidence-based psychology, trauma-informed practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), creative expression, and mind-body tools to help you not just feel better—but feel like yourself again.

TEDx Talk Coming Soon!
My TEDx Raleigh talk—Before the Breaking Point: A New Approach to Mental Health—was a life changing experience. I can't wait to share it with you when it's published! In the talk, I reveal how one simple tool can uncover a child’s struggles and keep them from falling into a crisis.

What I Bring to You
Trauma-Informed Support that honors your lived experience
Specialized insight into Sensory Processing Sensitivity, ADHD, and AU/DHD
Guidance through toxic relationship recovery, gaslighting, and emotional abuse
Whole-person healing: body, mind, intuition, and connection
Compassionate leadership in the mental health field through teaching, writing, speaking, and advocacy
Empower Yourself
As a highly sensitive and neurodivergent person myself, I know the tightrope of trying to seem “normal” while feeling everything so deeply. You are not too much—you’re just wired for more. Together, we’ll work to embrace that depth as a gift, not a burden.
Keep in mind that true empowerment doesn’t come from doing it all right—it comes from telling the truth. When you stop hiding, second-guessing, or shrinking, you start to show up fully. Not perfectly, but powerfully.

I've worked with several therapists in the past, and Amelia has been the first one to give me real tools to be able to cope with years of traumatic experiences. In under a year, I am a different better adjusted and happier person than ever before. Her integrative approach is much more effective than sitting in a room talking about the same thing over and over again.
